Deliveries

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 3-7 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. All packages are sent from Canada. Shipping time depends on your location

Where will my order be shipped from?

The Banned Shop works with an on-demand fulfillment company that has a facility in Ontario. All products are shipped from this location, with the exception of larger sizes ordered upon request.

Will customs fees be added?

No, as orders are shipped and sent within Canada.

My order should have arrived, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the shipping address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Go to your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address is correct and the package has not been dropped off at the post office or your neighbor's, contact us at potter.quebec@gmail.com indicating your order number and we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Orders

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand distributor. Your orders are printed and shipped from their warehouse in Ontario.

I did not receive an email confirming my order, what should I do?

The email is sent automatically following your online payment. Check your unwanted emails (spam). If you still can't find it, write to us at potter.quebec@gmail.com with your confirmation number.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions regarding the tracking or shipping of your order, write to us at potter.quebec@gmail.com .

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at potter.quebec@gmail.com within a few weeks with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have regarding your order.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is a problem with your order, please let us know by contacting us at potter.quebec@gmail.com .

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If you are concerned, please contact us at potter.quebec@gmail.com sending us photos of the damaged items and we will do what is necessary to reimburse you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size is best for you, check out our size guides: we have one for each item listed on our store, in the product description section. Although rare, it is possible that an item you ordered may be mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at potter.quebec@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order.
